    Over three to four months, we’ll start with an intake session where you can discuss your specific needs. You’ll receive a plan with dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, along with a package of delicous recipes tailored to your needs. You’ll have two follow-up sessions to check in and adjust as needed.

  • 6 sessions, $599 CDN

    Need to work on things longer? I get it. Things didn’t happen overnight and they will take time to fix. Over six to nine months, you’ll get the same as the 4 session package with two additional follow-up sessions.

  • Add on Digestive Testing

    We can order digestive testing to discover what’s going on in your gut and get to the root cause - whether that’s leaky gut, h.Pylori, candida or other imbalances. Book your free call with me to discuss.

    Please note that digestive testing has an additional cost and is totally optional, but very helpful!
